Brian Bray is a fourth generation Bray working for the real estate brokerage his great-grandfather, Sherman Bray, founded in 1946.
By growing up in Grand Junction, graduating from Grand Junction High School and Mesa State College with a business degree, he is well qualified to answer questions about real estate as well as about Grand Junction and the surrounding area.

Cory’s passion is working with people and solving important selling and buying solutions for clients. His goal is to provide exceptional response time. Client time is valuable and answering questions and solving problems are always time of the essence.
Working with customers has been a career for Cory, from his early days working in his family’s team sporting goods business, they grew the company, positioning themselves as the leading supplier of sporting goods equipment, uniforms, and apparel, servicing parts of 4 states and then selling the business to the largest team sporting goods dealer in the country in 2018.
Cory decided to pursue Commercial Real Estate and Business brokerage with Bray, starting in 2020. The decision has allowed Cory to continue working with clients and being part of their team!
Cory received his MBA from Colorado University and is working on his CCIM Broker designation, as well as my IBBA business brokerage designation.
Retired in July 2021 as COO at Automation-X Corporation, Katie oversaw $60+ million in annual revenue, 100 employees and 12 locations. She has extensive experience in negotiating multi million dollar contracts both internationally and domestically. Katie understands accounting and finance, sales strategy and growth, banking relationships, contracts, leveraging, and overall business operations.
Katie started as a Commercial Real Estate and Business Broker in August 2021, she has been honored with multiple top listing agent awards as well as top leasing agent awards.
